Terms of Use

Maturzysta app. Provider: Roman Kot, ul. Szafarnia 11/F8, 80-755 Gdańsk, NIP 5832896340.

What this app is

Maturzysta is an app for self-study based on the exam papers of the Polish Central Examination Board (Centralna Komisja Egzaminacyjna, CKE). We are not affiliated with CKE or endorsed by it. The app helps you prepare; it does not guarantee an exam result.

One-time purchase: the papers

Installing is free. Full access to the papers and mock exams is unlocked by a single in-app purchase: one-time, with no subscription. Payment is taken by the store (App Store or Google Play) under its own terms, and that is also where you submit any refund request. You can restore the purchase on a new device with the Restore purchases button.

Subscription: Tutor (Korepetytor)

Tutor is an automatically renewing subscription that unlocks explanations for the tasks: why the correct answer is correct and why yours was not. You see the available periods and prices in the app before you buy; the price depends on the country of your store account.

The subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length until you cancel it. The store charges within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at the latest 24 hours before the end of the period; after cancelling, access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not offer a trial period.

Tutor and the papers purchase are two separate products: the subscription does not unlock the papers, and the papers purchase does not include explanations.

The explanations are prepared by artificial intelligence, and each one is compared with the official CKE answer key before it is shown. They may still contain mistakes: treat them as a study aid, not as a definitive source. You can report a mistake with the button under the explanation.

How you may use the content

The content of the app is intended for your own study. Do not pass on your account or the content, do not reproduce it for commercial purposes, and do not download it in bulk with automated tools. The CKE papers themselves are official material within the meaning of Art. 4 of the Polish Act on Copyright and Related Rights; our explanations, layout and software are not.

Account and data

The app does not require a sign-in: your progress is stored by an anonymous technical account. This means that progress does not move between phones and that we cannot find anyone by e-mail address. How data is processed is described in the privacy policy, and you can delete your data in the app.

Liability

We make every effort to keep the content correct, and we fix reported mistakes. The app is, however, a study tool, and we are not liable for exam results or for decisions made on the basis of its content. This does not limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of Polish law.

Changes and contact

We will announce material changes to these terms in the app or in the store description. Questions: kontakt@romankot.pl. Governing law: Polish law.
